Wholesale ordering — FAQ
Do we have to order packaging by the pallet, or is there a minimum?+
Cups, lids and straws are sold by the full case; sealing film is sold by the roll. There is no general order minimum on in-stock packaging. Very small orders sometimes cost more in freight than they save, so we will tell you plainly when it is worth adding to the order. Pallet pricing depends on the item and the distance to you, so we quote it per order rather than publishing one rate.
How does custom-logo cup printing work, and how long does it take?+
Printed cups are produced to order, not pulled from stock. Send us your artwork and the size you want (16oz or 22oz) and we will confirm the print specification, the lead time and the run size for a first order. Plain unprinted cups in both sizes are stocked locally if you need cups before your artwork is ready.
Why is packaging priced per piece instead of per unit like the food products?+
Packaging is on the wholesale price list only — it is a B2B line with no single-unit retail price. The per-piece rate is what you pay when buying a full carton, and each product page shows both the per-piece rate and the resulting carton price for Ontario and Quebec.
Can we order packaging together with our ingredients on one order?+
Yes — packaging ships from the same Toronto and Montreal warehouses as the ingredients, so it goes on the same order and the same delivery. Delivery timing is confirmed after we review the destination, stock and order size. Email info@doking.ca with your list and delivery province and we will send one quote covering both.
