How does pricing work for syrups — single unit vs. by the case?+
The single-unit price shown on each syrup's product page is a national retail reference price, not a wholesale rate. Wholesale by-the-case pricing is set separately for Ontario and Quebec, so ask us for a quote with your province and order volume.
Which warehouse ships my syrup order, and what areas do you cover?+
We stock and ship syrups from two warehouses: Toronto (North York, ON) and Montreal (LaSalle, QC). Each warehouse serves local pickup and delivery within its own province only — Ontario orders ship from Toronto, Quebec orders from Montreal.
Can I get a sample of a syrup before placing a wholesale order?+
Yes, sample availability can be confirmed on request for any syrup in our catalog. Contact info@doking.ca with the product and your business details, and our sales team will follow up.
How do I place an order for syrups, and are they certified?+
There's no online checkout — syrup orders go through a quote or purchase order via info@doking.ca or your local warehouse. Our production base holds HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HALAL certification, available on request.
