How does pricing work for toppings — is the listed price what I pay wholesale?+
The single-unit price shown on each product page is a national retail reference price, not our wholesale rate. Wholesale by-the-case pricing is set separately for Ontario and Quebec, since each warehouse prices its own cases — email info@doking.ca with your province and order size for a case quote.
Do you keep toppings in stock, and how fast can you confirm availability?+
We stock toppings out of our Toronto and Montreal warehouses, but availability on any given item varies day to day. Email info@doking.ca and we'll confirm current stock and lead time — our sales team follows up.
Can I get a sample of a topping before placing a wholesale order?+
Yes, sample availability can be confirmed on request. Email info@doking.ca with the specific toppings you want to try and your delivery address in Ontario or Quebec.
How do I actually place an order — is there online checkout?+
