This Privacy Policy applies to doking.ca, the website of Doking Canada, a business-to-business wholesale supplier of bubble tea and dessert ingredients with warehouses in Toronto, Ontario and Montréal, Québec. If you have any question about this policy, email info@doking.ca.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and our services are intended for businesses, not children.

To respond to your enquiries, prepare quotes, and process and fulfil wholesale orders.

Service providers we use

We use trusted third-party providers to run our website and business, and share information with them only as needed to provide the service: website hosting (Vercel), database and customer records (Supabase), transactional and marketing email (Resend / SendGrid), and accounting and inventory (Intuit QuickBooks). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We do not sell your personal information.

Email and your choices

Marketing emails are sent in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-out requests promptly. Transactional messages (for example, an order or shipping notification) are sent as part of fulfilling your order.
